Chris Diaz is the sender of all SMS and email communications under this program. Messages provide information related to webinar registrations, confirmations, reminders, access instructions, and follow-up communications associated with the webinar you registered for.

By providing your email address during registration, you agree to receive email communications from Chris Diaz related to your webinar registration and participation. By separately checking the optional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Chris Diaz, which may include:

• Registration confirmations
• Upcoming webinar reminders and access instructions
• Schedule changes, cancellations, or technical updates
• Follow-up information related to the webinar or services you request

SMS consent is optional and is not required to register or attend. Consent to receive SMS or email communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. SMS messages may be sent using automated technology. The information collected may include your first name, last name, phone number, and email address. Your personal information will NOT be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Opt-Out and Support

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from Chris Diaz unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact us at cdiaz@charisloans.com.

To opt out of email communications, click the unsubscribe link included in any email. You may still receive transactional messages necessary to support your registration.

5. Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies depending on webinar schedules and your interactions. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to network availability, device compatibility, and carrier policies.

Messages are sent only to users who provide clear, affirmative consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

10. User Responsibilities

You represent that the phone number and email address you provide belong to you, are accurate, and that you are authorized to receive communications at them. If your contact information changes, you agree to update it.
